Letter Library comes with a suite of standard form letters to handle
Violations, Architectural Modifications, Work Orders, New Resident Welcome, managing
Vendor qualifications and standard Vendor communications, etc.
It is very easy to customize the standard library letters, and to add as many additional
form letters as you would like. Microsoft Word
is integrated into the FULLfocusTM
Letter Manager to give you all of the advanced formatting
features, spelling and grammar checking you are accustomed to using in
Word. And, there is a very large suite of variables for point-and-click insertion.
Each variable gives you an explanation of exactly what data will be substituted
for that variable so that you can use variables with confidence.
Another feature of FULLfocusTM
Letters is that you can edit the content (in the integrated
Microsoft Word utility) of any particular letter you send - edit at the time that
you send it - and the edits will be saved with the letter sent BUT the form letter
will not be permanently affected.
AUTOMATED PROCESS FLOWS
FULLfocusTM
also includes automated process flows that manage Violations and Architectural
Modifications. However, you can easily modify the flows to fit your company. In
fact, you can define an unlimited number of custom flows so that
you can have a unique flow for every Community that your company manages if you
wish. We will work with you to set up any Community-unique flows.
